MIXED training

At CPR our Mixed Training Coach led sessions will help you reach your individual goals, based on your current ability, level of fitness and around any injuries or limitations you may have.

Training in a group is a fun, more cost effective way of training than 1-2-, and can be far more motivating than training alone. All the equipment to complete a full body training session is available to you, which is regularly cleaned to ensure that your training time at CPR is as safe as possible. 2 individual squares are available should you wish to remain alone rather than in a square with another member.
