''I first started at Pete's boot camp last year for something to do while my son was playing football. It was hard but I had a total blast and a really good work out. I then joined his Friday class - He does put you through your paces but it's great fun and enjoyable. I actually look forward to going and I never thought I would say that about a class! Anyway roll on a few months and I have somehow ended up starting another one with Carla, which is slightly different from Pete's but just as good (although Pete doesn't make us do chin ups on the pull up bar...yet! so he is the more favourable one lol!) The slight differences in their classes keeps it interesting and stops it becoming mundane. I would highly recommend them both whatever your fitness goals. They are both amazing and I would be lost without my two sessions a week now, I have a feeling it might be three soon!''

“I went to CPR with Carla when she first opened. Carla was amazing and took a novice like me onto confidently using weights, improving my weak back and all round gently fitnesses.

Due to covid I had to stop (like everyone) however I have again found time for me and have been back for two months! Carla could tell my back was once again requiring strengthening, her work out plan was adapted to me with ease.


I have unfortunately not been able to attend a couple of my slots, Carla made sure other times were available to me so I didn’t loose out on a class.


Going to the gym is honestly not my first idea of fun but Carla allowing the group to pick our music, friendly banter a very clean personal work space it’s a safe comfortable place to work out oh and Carla alway has an eye on you to tweak the way you lift a weight to get the most out of it is a reassurance.” X
