At CPR our Mixed Training Coach led sessions will help you reach your individual goals, based on your current ability, level of fitness and around any injuries or limitations you may have.

All the equipment to complete a full body training session is available to you, which is regularly cleaned to ensure that your training time at CPR is as safe as possible.

Training slots specifically for age 55+ will help to keep you strong, increase aerobic health whilst improving flexibility and balance. All performed at a level that you feel comfortable with so that you are able to do all the things you want to do without your body holding you back. Strength training for older adults has been shown to help reduce the risk of osteoperosis and the signs and symptoms of heart disease, arthritis, type 2 diabetes, lower back pain and it can also help improve sleep and reduce depression.

Over 55s are welcome to attend any of the training slots but the Over 55s specific are available for those that would prefer to be in with just this age group and are suitable from absolute beginner to even the most energetic.
